Welcome to our Notes application. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

  • Contacts: We request access to your contacts to allow you to easily insert contact details into your notes. We do not upload your entire contact list to our servers.
  • Camera & Photos: We request access to your device camera and photo library so you can attach images to your notes.
  • Notifications: We use local device notifications to provide reminders for your notes. We do not track or store your push notification history on our servers.

3. Cloud Storage & Firebase

To ensure your notes are securely backed up and synchronized, we use Google Firebase Cloud Firestore. When you create, edit, or save a note, the text, tags, and image paths are securely transmitted and stored on Firebase servers.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

We display advertisements provided by Google AdMob to keep this service free. AdMob may use cookies or unique device identifiers to serve ads based on your interests. No personal note content is ever shared with advertisers.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

If you purchase a PRO subscription, the transaction is handled entirely by the Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your credit card or billing information. We only receive confirmation from Google that your premium status is active.

6. Third-Party Services

We utilize the following third-party services:

  • Google Firebase: For data synchronization and storage.
  • Google AdMob: For delivering personalized and non-personalized ads.

7. Data Deletion & User Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored on our servers. You can do so at any time by contacting our support team through the "Contact Support" section in the app menu. We will promptly delete all your cloud-synced notes upon verified request.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
